Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Rwanda for this tour is during the dry seasons, from June to September and December to February. During these months, the weather is generally sunny with less rainfall, making gorilla trekking and other outdoor activities more comfortable and enjoyable. The trails are less muddy and the skies are clear, offering great photo opportunities. The shoulder seasons (March-May and October-November) are also good, with lush green landscapes, but be prepared for occasional showers.
